Refunding
All fees and charges are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. All paid products including Premium Account subscriptions, Referenceglobe Ads or Referenceglobe postings are nonrefundable after purchase and delivery. All Premium Account features, including InMails expire immediately upon cancellation or termination of your Premium Account. In case we are not able to process your service request within 12 working days we will initiate a refund. If your order is cancelled after the payment was made by credit card or net-banking, we will refund the credit card or net-banking account. If the payment mode was cheque, we will send you a cheque or do an NEFT transfer is possible with your bank. Cheque will be sent only to the billing address of the customer.
